Sr. Manager, EHS (Remote based in CT)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, EHS (Remote based in CT) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.This leader will oversee enterprise environmental, health, and safety efforts with a strong focus on global coordination, compliance, and operational risk reduction. The role will partner closely with site EHS professionals and business stakeholders to strengthen safety performance across factories and other operating environments. The work will also support cultural transformation initiatives and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes across multiple EH&S disciplines.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annuallyResponsibilities Execute a global safety strategy in coordination with key stakeholders Lead safety programs including machine guarding and emergency preparedness Implement initiatives to achieve compliance across multiple EH&S disciplines Influence business stakeholders to improve safety metrics and project targets Collaborate globally with site EH&S professionals to enhance safety performance Use data analytics to drive improvements in safety practices Participate in cultural safety transformation initiatives across factoriesQualifications BS degree in Health & Safety or a related technical discipline with 10 years of EH&S experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly for data analysis and presentations Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, global environmentBenefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and parental leave Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance program and Employee Scholar ProgramOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
