Maximize equipment availability using efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs.Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose air brake air ride and lighting issues and perform mechanical repairs and maintenance to various types of trailers including but not limited to aluminum and steel trailers, dock height and drop deck.Perform routine preventative maintenance services and DOT's and fill out accompanying paperworkPerform routine brake inspections/ adjustments on commercial vehicles following Federal DOT requirements.Create work orders on repairs and services providing legible and accurate information for work performedInput daily repair reports into software-based tracking program.
