Material Handler - 1st ShiftOur Quick Coupling Division is looking for a Material Handler to support assembly and machining operations through receiving, storing, staging, and moving raw materials, subassemblies, and finished parts to support. This role ensures timely, accurate supply of components to production, maintains inventory accuracy, performs basic quality checks, and follows safety and handling procedures.Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies and systems with $19.9B in revenue in 2025. Parker's Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our plants provide critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Data Centers.Responsibilities:Receive material and productShipping of parts and raw stock to vendors and other facilitiesData entry/generate reports and documentsRoutine maintenance of department equipmentLoad and unload trucksMake labelsDeliver to WIP, finished goods and raw materials to designated areasSpot Inventory/Weight countingPick product for shipping from carousel system/push back racksProduct traceabilityPrepare shipping documentsReceiving and stocking of productKnowledge of shipping documentsReceive product on Main FrameTroubleshoot receiving problemsReceive UPS and raw stockCollect and safely store non-conforming materialCut-up scrap and prepare for disposalDaily check steel storage systemComplete understanding of Raw Stock ProgramCut Work Orders and WIP release jobsLoad and unloading of pallet truckCertified lift truck operatorPhysical Requirements:Able to lift and move average weight material (1-50 lbs)Occasional lifting of over 50 lbs with assistance.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentGood verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent computer skills.Must understand how to correctly complete shipping and WIP market documentation.Ability to read and understand part numbers. This includes how to read location numbers.Can work both independently and as part of a team.Detail oriented. Demonstrate good judgment to comply with instructions and standard procedures, methods or practices.Able to count accurately.
