The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and administering treatments. They will maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards. The nurse will also provide education to patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.QualificationsProficient in patient assessment, care planning, and administering medications and treatmentsKnowledge of healthcare standards, patient safety protocols, and infection control practicesStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environmentsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse healthcare teamsAbility to provide compassionate patient care and support to family membersCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationExperience in acute care, medical-surgical, or critical care settings is a plusProficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage
