Licensed Clinical Therapist (Full-Time | Hybrid Model) Location: Albany, NY (Outpatient Setting)A rapidly expanding behavioral health provider is seeking licensed clinicians to support a pediatric and adolescent population through a blend of in-person and virtual care delivery. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven, team-oriented environment focused on improving access to high-quality mental health services.What You’ll Do ● Deliver individual and group therapy to children and adolescents (up to age 18) ● Create and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches ● Apply measurement-based care to monitor client progress and outcomes ● Partner with interdisciplinary team members on care coordination and case consultation ● Participate in ongoing training, development, and peer collaboration ● Engage in community-facing initiatives and outreach efforts ● Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to early-career clinicians, as appropriateWhat We’re Looking For ● Active, unrestricted New York clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D, or equivalent) ● Completion of required post-graduate supervised clinical hours ● Availability to support afternoon and early evening client demand ● Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) very important ● Additional experience with exposure-based interventions and caregiver-focused training approaches is a plus ● Successful completion of a relevant national licensing exam ● Clinical experience across a range of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges) ● Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional growth ● Experience in both in-person and telehealth care delivery ● Prior supervision experience is beneficial but not required ● Interest in working with youth and families strongly preferredPreferred Scheduling Availability ● M-F: 9-5 35 hours a week, hoping for flexibility if needed during hours of 3pm - 6:30pm ● Optional Saturday morning hours (partial day) ● Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days remoteCompensation & Benefits ● Competitive salary (generally within the mid-to-upper $75K to $85K range, depending on experience and credentials) ● Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage ● Retirement savings plan options ● Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave ● Stipends for remote work setup, wellness, and continuing education ● Reimbursement for licensure and professional development expensesWork Culture ● This organization fosters a collaborative, clinician-centered environment that prioritizes quality care, professional support, and team connection.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion ● The organization is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace and delivering equitable care. ● Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and all employees are supported in bringing their authentic selves to work.
