Product Manager - Residential Systems

From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries.As a Product Manager based out of our Waukesha, WI headquarters, you will be a key contributor on the Load Management team within our newly formed Residential Division. In this highly visible role, you will help shape the future of residential energy management by driving the strategy, development, and commercialization of smart load control technologies.You will lead the advancement and integration of smart breakers and support the expansion of connected residential energy solutions, working cross-functionally with engineering, software, marketing, and operations teams to bring innovative products from concept to market.Success in this role requires a proven ability to launch and lead products, translate customer and market insights into differentiated solutions, and execute commercialization strategies that deliver meaningful impact in the market.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.Work Experience:5+ years of professional experience including minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management or related fields.Preferred Job RequirementsFamiliarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.No 3rd parties or agencies at this timePhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
