Human Resources Business Partner

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a contract role with the potential to convert to hire. This is a hands‑on, business‑facing opportunity supporting leaders and employees across core HR functions.Responsibilities:Partner with directors/managers to provide day‑to‑day HR guidance aligned to business needsAdvise on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and investigationsSupport leaves of absence, benefits, accommodations, and ADA/FMLA processesAssist with organizational changes, workforce planning, and policy interpretationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsCollaborate with HR COEs (Talent, Payroll, Benefits) to resolve employee issuesQualifications:5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experienceStrong employee relations and coaching backgroundSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience in fast‑paced or changing environmentsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredDetails:Contract with strong possibility of hireCompetitive hourly rateHybridImmediate or near‑term startAll applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
