The outpatient nurses rotate 2 evening shifts on call 8:00 PM–8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday every 4–5 weeks to cover patient PRN and death visit needs. A nurse triage service screens incoming calls according to protocols and will contact the nurse if a visit is needed.Travel Requirements: Not required. Mileage paid at IRS standard.Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.Job SummaryThis is a hospice nursing position serving patients with 6 months or less to live, primarily geriatric patients. The role involves home health and skilled nursing settings with an average daily census of 63 and 5 visits per day. Locals are approved at the travel rate. RTO (Return To Origin) after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
