Training Analyst

Overview In this Training Analyst role, you will evaluate and enhance Exostar’s customer education programs to meet organizational needs. You’ll analyze training delivery, measure effectiveness, and propose innovative solutions for customer training. You’ll translate technical requirements into user-friendly training and support product teams with UX improvements. This position blends needs analysis, content development, and facilitation to elevate training impact in regulated industries.
