Core Characteristics Needed: Has a contagious and positive work ethic Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication that is clear and well-organized Demonstrates an understanding of professional, positive salesmanship and customer service through genuine and positive communication, making each customer feel informed, understood, and special, while maintaining company policies and protocols An effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments and sales quotas Is able to face tasks and challenges with energy, passion and positivity Pursues activities with focus and drive, can be counted on to complete sales goals successfully Is self-motivating and able to thrive in a solo and somewhat independent work environment Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Create and pursue sales leads via phone and direct mail Welcome customers and visitors by greeting them in person and guiding them through your a sales presentation Actively close sales with customers in order to achieve specific sales quotas and goals Answering Phone, Faxing, Printing, Scanning Documentation, email and Completing Daily Tasks ∙ Collect customer information and process payments Assist in handling customer service calls, answer their questions and find solutions to customer complaints and/or requests through the proper internal channels Maintain a meticulous and clean work environment and professional appearance Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and work efficiently both as a team member and individually in order to complete the necessary tasks timely Knowledge of basic computer software Communicates well with customers, coworkers and management in a professional and positive manner Ability and motivation to pursue leads and close sales to achieve a certain volume of orders each month Working Conditions: Requires working in a retail/professional office setting solo. Requires the ability to sit for hours at a time, (with some bending and stooping) Requires to use manual dexterity in relation to office requirements, Requires ability to lift 40 lbs.
