Airbnb Operations Manager

We are hiring an Airbnb Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the full operational performance of our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring every property is maintained, guest-ready, and running at peak efficiency at all times.This is a hands-on role that goes beyond office coordination. The right candidate will be actively involved in field operations, quality control, and vendor management—making sure every turnover, repair, and cleaning meets company standards without exception.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day Airbnb operations across multiple propertiesWork hand-in-hand with our LTR Property Manager• Coordinate and manage cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and contractors• Conduct post-move-out inspections and turnover quality checks• Verify completion and quality of repairs, cleaning, and service work• Troubleshoot property issues and ensure fast resolution• Support occupancy flow, scheduling, and guest readiness standards• Monitor property condition, supplies, and operational readiness• Step in to correct or escalate substandard vendor or maintenance work• Assist with improving operational systems and efficiency• Be available for urgent operational issues as neededAvailability Requirement:• Must maintain 24/7 phone availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for urgent property or operational mattersWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality• Ability to manage multiple properties and moving parts simultaneously• Experience in property management, hospitality, or operations preferred• Comfortable working in both field and coordination roles• Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented under pressureThis role is critical to ensuring our properties consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences and strong operational performance.
