Job Description Exciting Opportunity for a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic SurgeonWe are thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to become part of our expanding Women's Health Service in Buffalo, New York. Our organization boasts a high volume of gynecologic surgeries and is eager to welcome a professional skilled in minimally invasive techniques, particularly robotic-assisted surgery, along with experience in managing endometriosis surgically.Our organization is a multispecialty physician group affiliated with a prominent healthcare system, featuring outpatient facilities throughout the Buffalo-Niagara Region. With the backing of a dedicated team and comprehensive ancillary services within a network of six hospitals, we maintain a strong multi-specialty presence in Western New York.Essential Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited medical school with either a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.Possession of a current and unrestricted medical license in New York State, along with a DEA registration.Board Certification or eligibility for board certification.Completion of a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Fellowship is preferred.A passion for addressing complex gynecological issues is essential.Role Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills and foster positive relationships with colleagues, medical staff, referring physicians, and administrative personnel.Must be clinically focused, self-driven, highly competent, honest, and diligent.Commit to maintaining accepted practice standards in alignment with state, professional, and societal responsibilities.Dedication to evidence-based, standardized care within a patient-centered, collaborative environment.Encourage patient understanding of their conditions, treatment options, expected outcomes, potential complications, and recovery timelines.Support the delivery of high-quality care, accurate reporting, and adherence to policies aimed at continuous performance enhancement.Involve in the education of residents and medical students.Employment Details:Full-time position.Salary range: $450,000 - $550,000.Sign-on bonus: $25,000.Relocation assistance: $10,000.Shared call responsibilities with other providers.Comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage.403(b) retirement plan.Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.Occurrence-based malpractice insurance.Non-profit organization status, eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).Immigration sponsorship available for J1 Canadian applicants.Utilization of Epic EMR system.About Our Organization:We are an integrated healthcare organization serving the Western New York region, extending from the Canadian border to the Pennsylvania state line.
