Ensures pathways improve health outcomes through an iterative process that is evidence-based, data-driven, and consensus-backed. Facilitates the implementation of clinical pathways and continuous education in multiple modalities. Oversees the sustainment of clinical pathways throughout the system, the clinically integrated network, and collaborative partners.
