FCMC Executive Assistant
Job Description
* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.* Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform* Maintain department calendars and schedules * Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.* Review invoices and route for proper approval* Run and process department reports* Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders* Answer main phone lines and route appropriately* File necessary paperwork* Provide event management support as needed* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
