Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.Recruiting for this role ends on 3/27/2026Work you'll doUsing your functional expertise and ability to understand a client's business processes, as a Senior Consultant you will bring strong technical, functional and project management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users.Working within an engagement team, your responsibilities include, among others:Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsorsManaging and delivering components of client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing both technology and creative business solutions for large companiesManaging small teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Your background in technology will provide the foundation to manage these streams but also understand the technologyCreation and development of project scope and schedule. Plan and assign resources to associated tasks and deliverablesMonitoring progress of the project, identify, and quantify variances, perform required corrective actionsManaging changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined in the change management planIdentifying high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the projectDeveloping and maintaining communication with key project stakeholders and decision makersThe teamOur AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.QualificationsRequired:4+ years experience with relevant technology consulting experience to include: enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management4+ years experience with the following:Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI),Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),Oracle Fusion Cloud and BI products & applications, andCloud based data integration strategies2+ years consulting experience leading, managing and delivering Oracle cloud-based data and analytics technology engagements end-to-end with resources in multiple locationsBachelor's DegreeAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Experience in Oracle GenAI, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services for AI, such as OCI Data Science, OCI Vision, and OCI LanguageExperience with advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience understanding and communicating client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements, then linking specific business requirements to AI & Data capabilitiesExperience with the sales cycle by helping frame client opportunities and participation in pursuit teams including creating proposal content for client discussions Experience creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentExperience presenting to both large and small audiencesAn advanced degree in an area of specializationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
