Grounds Maintenance Technician

As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the exterior grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing. You'll play an essential role in creating a clean, pleasant environment for our residents by performing various Grounds Maintenance duties.Key Responsibilities:Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all timesMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed)Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leavesReport any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptlyPerform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixturesAdhere to all safety standards and operational proceduresRequirements:Previous grounds maintenance experience preferredStrong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitudeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to work independently and adhere to a scheduleAbility to use a variety of equipment, such as blowers and pressure washersBenefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance, plus morePaid time off (PTO)401(k) with company matchOpportunities for advancement and professional developmentEmployee discounts on apartment rentals (if applicable)
