Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor and the V.P. of Production, they will complete all work orders assigned to them according to the specific work order instructions.Essential Duties:Complete all work orders assigned to that areaCheck that all paperwork on each job order has the matching revision levelCheck all parts to printEnsures all parts are properly labeled and moved to the next area when completedInforms the Shift Supervisor and the V.P. of Production about any irregularities on work ordersMaintain their area regarding organization and cleanlinessFollow all safety procedures and policies without exceptionWorks with the V.P. of Production to improve and maintain safety systems and proceduresTroubleshoot and assist in the repair of equipment as requestedMaintain the highest level of quality in all parts that are producedWorks with the Quality Auditors, Quality Manager, and others to ensure quality parts are always producedMeet all Key Performance IndicatorsMinimum Qualifications:2 years of setup and operating brake press experienceFriday-Sunday
