Job Title: Outside Sales Closer – Commercial Cleaning Contracts Company: Marie’s Cleaning Service Marie’s Cleaning Service is hiring a professional, experienced Salesperson / Closer to convert company-provided leads into long-term commercial cleaning contracts. This is a field-based role for someone who knows how to walk in, build rapport, price confidently, and close without drama. What You’ll Do Meet with business owners and property managers at their locations Conduct on-site walkthroughs and assess cleaning needs Present clear, confident pricing and service options Close new commercial cleaning contracts Represent Marie’s Cleaning Service professionally at all times No cold calling. No lead chasing. We bring you qualified opportunities—you close. Compensation 50% of the first month’s profit per closed contract Average contract size: $3,000/month (conservative) Strong closers can generate multiple deals per month This is performance-based income with serious upside. If you close, you get paid! Requirements Previous sales experience (required) — closing experience is non-negotiable Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Professional appearance and demeanor Articulate, personable, and confident in face-to-face settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Comfortable quoting pricing and asking for the business Ideal Candidate You’re not “interested in sales”. You are a salesperson. You’re organized, polished, and understand that closing is a skill, not a personality trait. You follow up, show up on time, and don’t need hand-holding.
