Customer Support Representative

A manufacturing company is offering an immediate full-time opportunity for a Customer Support Representative who will act as the liaison between the customer and company's operations team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Job Responsibilities:Process quotes on a daily basis, handle pricing, quote repair orders to the customers, and make necessary calls for any special requests as neededEmail completed quotes to customers for approval and update the ERP System and file quote approvals when receivedProcess warranty paperwork and teardowns as per company policyShip and Invoice, open work orders, and answer incoming calls as neededExpedite requests, refer to the Production Manager accordingly, and take care of requests as needed by the customerInform the manager of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customerUse email to send or receive quotes and customers' correspondencePerform other tasks assigned
