ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:SERVICES:Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact; ensures that customers are greeted and acknowledged; offers customers assistance as needed or requested. Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs. Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in dramatically improved performance. Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips. Support store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available. Make equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.
