Chief Financial Officer / Healthcare Finance Executive
Pay range
Salary: $250,000 to $600,000.
This position reports directly to the President & CEO of Overlake Medical Center & Clinics. The actual compensation for this role will be based on competitive national benchmarks for similarly sized organizations.

Located in Bellevue, Washington, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is a regional nonprofit healthcare system with a 349‑bed hospital and a growing network of primary, urgent care and specialty care clinics. Our annual revenues are $860 million. Your opportunity
Overlake's recent affiliation with MultiCare Health System makes us the flagship of MultiCare's new North Puget Sound Region. As the new Chief Financial Officer, you will evaluate future opportunities and build plans to fund them, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Council to ensure financial stewardship throughout the organization.
Our expectations
This is a role for a proven healthcare executive with passion, discipline and deep expertise. We are looking for someone who can improve and sustain operational efficiency while maintaining focus on quality, safety, care experience, and employee engagement. To be considered, you need:
10+ years of progressively responsible finance experience
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare finance leadership
Demonstrated ability to drive financial accountability & reduce expenses
MBA or MHA
A CPA credential (current or previous) would be highly desirable.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
