Senior Director, Business DevelopmentReal Chemistry is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to join our U.S.-based Growth team. This is a U.S. hybrid role, based in or near one of our U.S. hubs.This role partners closely with executive leadership, client leads, and crossfunctional capability teams to lead highimpact pitches, expand strategic accounts, and strengthen Real Chemistry's overall business development approach.Reporting into senior growth leadership, this role serves as a connector across markets, capabilities, and teamsbringing structure, strategic rigor, and storytelling excellence to the pursuit process while ensuring opportunities are positioned in a differentiated, clientcentric way.What You'll DoLead and support priority new business pitches from RFI/RFP through final presentation, partnering closely with Client Leads, Growth Leaders, and crossfunctional teamsPartner with executive leaders and client teams to identify, prioritize, and shape highvalue growth opportunities.Translate client briefs into clear strategic frameworks and compelling pitch narratives aligned to Real Chemistry capabilitiesCoordinate teams across disciplines and markets to ensure cohesive, differentiated responsesManage pitch timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent effortsSupport the development of pitch materials, including proposals, decks, and presentationsKeep senior stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and resource needs throughout pursuits.Drive postpitch debriefs and help capture learnings to improve future performanceContribute to tracking win rates, pitch outcomes, and performance trendsChampion consistency, best practices, and continuous improvement across the organizationFoster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across diverse teams and geographies.This Role Is a Good Fit If YouThrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven agency environmentEnjoy collaborating across teams and disciplines to deliver strong outcomesYou adapt quickly as priorities shift and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.Are a strategic thinker who can also execute with precisionBring a proactive, solutionsoriented mindset to complex challengesYou can manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.Are comfortable leading through influence rather than authorityValue continuous improvement and building scalable, repeatable approachesWhat You Should Have8-10+ years of experience in an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency environmentHealthcare industry experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectorsProven experience leading or supporting successful new business pitchesStrong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex client needs into compelling narratives.Solid understanding of integrated marketing, communications, medical, and activation disciplinesExperience partnering with executive leadership to advance enterprise growth initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across disciplines.Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure while managing multiple highstakes priorities.Comfort working in hybrid teams across locations and functionsFamiliarity with new business tracking, reporting, or performance toolsPay Range: $130,000-$145,000This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
