Commercial Operations CoordinatorLocation: Salt Lake City, UT (HQ)Compensation: $65,000 Base + $5,000 Performance Bonus (OTE: $70,000)Reports to: VP of US CommercialRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, high-output operator to support the growth engine of our business.This role sits at the center of our Commercial organization, supporting franchise growth, sales development, and strategic expansion initiatives. Sales & Commercial SupportSupport Franchise Recruitment and Commercial Development teamsCoordinate inbound franchise leads, discovery meetings, and candidate workflowsAssist with sales pipeline tracking and deal flow management2. Franchise Operations & ComplianceManage franchise onboarding processes from agreement to launchMaintain compliance documentation, reporting, and communicationEnsure adherence to internal franchise processes and standards (including FA execution workflows)3. Reporting & Presentation ExecutionBuild, update, and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel)Support development of presentations and executive materials (PowerPoint)Track key metrics and performance across commercial initiatives4.
