Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a Product Packaging professional to join their dedicated team. As a Product Packaging specialist, you will be an integral part of the packaging department supporting the efficient and safe handling of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Product Packaging Location: Swannanoa, NC Pay Range: $15.5 Shift: Days  What's the Job? Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accurately. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Load materials and products into package processing equipment efficiently. Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools. Maintain cleanliness of containers, materials, supplies, and work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively. What's in it for me?
