Actuarial Specialist - Ohio Licensed

A company is looking for an Actuarial Specialist - Pet Pricing (Remote). Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain actuarial models for pricing and financial projections of pet insurance products Analyze complex data to identify trends and support strategic decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and ensure competitive pricingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field Progress toward ACAS designation 1-3 years of actuarial experience, preferably in P&C insurance Strong technical skills in actuarial software, Microsoft Office (including VBA), and programming languages like R, Python, or SQL Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
