Employment & Labor Staff Associate
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and two to eight years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work.Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.RequirementsPersonal AttributesExceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound judgment and accountability.Technical SkillsMinimum of two years of litigation experience (required).Experience with ADA accessibility law is preferred.Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice.Other RequirementsLicensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded Employment & Labor practice known for providing creative, business-oriented counsel and delivering outstanding results for clients.Benefits
