This role will play a key part in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in standard costing, inventory analysis, and manufacturing operations, along with a solid understanding of public company requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage cost accounting processes from raw materials through finished goods, ensuring accuracy of inventory valuationMaintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and routing structuresPerform cost of sales (COS) analysis, variance analysis, and inventory reportingSupport month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory adjustmentsPartner with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost visibility and financial accuracyAssist with inventory management, cycle counts, and physical inventory processesSupport SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audit requirementsContribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracyAssist with capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking and reporting (as needed)Qualifications6+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost analysisExperience working in a public company environmentKnowledge of SOX controls and audit supportExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturingExposure to international operationsExperience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning)CPA or CPA candidate is a plusWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with a global, innovative organization at the forefront of technology and manufacturingStrong culture of career growth, internal mobility, and professional developmentCollaborative and team-oriented environmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageWork EnvironmentCollaborative team environment supporting operations and financeIND1
