The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 99-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.SummaryThe Coordinator - Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Las Vegas, NV.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess returned equipment in accordance to policies and proceduresSort inbound equipment, including Sub-Rentals and Equipment TransfersIdentify, vet and enter lost and missing equipmentPrioritize work based on outbound needsPull, stage and scan outbound equipment in accordance to policies and proceduresMaintain records in required systems (i.e. R2)Communicate with Quality Control, Inventory Control and Transportation on order needs, changes and readinessEscalate Missing or Damaged EquipmentEscalate space constraintsPerform scheduled cycle counts as assignedSupport on-site additions in accordance to established policies and proceduresAssist in Training/development of warehouse staffEnsure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operationPromote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operationsAssists other department heads as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience requiredMinimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations1 year experience with Inventory Management Software preferredProficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google SheetsMust maintain a valid state driver's licenseDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsMust be an innovative problem solver with the ability to deal quickly and effectively with issuesWhat We OfferThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
