In addition to office manager responsibilities, you will also be working with Program/Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. This is an on-site position in Gardner. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Principal Responsibilities Support Month-End close out activitiesSupport scheduling of onsite visits and client/vendor meetingsCoordinate with clients on travel planning (accommodations, reservations, schedules)Coordinate client and company event with senior staffAssist Program Managers with meeting notes, tracking hours, billing, etc.Assist Engineers with design tasks, procurement of materials, etc.Provide documentation support and adhere to QMS standardsManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesCreate and maintain a comprehensive project documentationPerform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and requiredRequirements:Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience assisting with projectsBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred, but not requiredProven self-management and team-management skillsExcellent organization skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-taskExcellent communication skills including written and verbalExperience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Experience working in a regulated environment (Medical Device, Life Science, Aerospace, etc.) a plusA desire to work hard, have fun and share enthusiasm with othersCapability to make decisions under pressureProven ability to solve problems creativelyExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulCompetenciesStrong data collection & analysis, problem solving, presentation and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skillsExcellent people skills, with the ability to work with engineers, operators, technicians, and inspire others meet deliverablesProcess improvement skills to identify opportunities to improve processes, and tools
