Audiologist
Northwest Speech and Hearing Center is Arlington Heights’ premier comprehensive audiology practice. We are dedicated to improving our patients’ quality of life through the latest technology, scientifically proven techniques, and compassionate, personalized care. Our team specializes in hearing aids, diagnostic hearing evaluations, cochlear implants, balance care, and advanced tinnitus management. We are currently seeking a full-time Audiologist who is passionate about helping patients reconnect with the sounds they love and find real relief from tinnitus. Position Summary In this role, you will provide end-to-end audiological care with a strong focus on hearing aid services, diagnostic testing, and specialized tinnitus treatment. You will work alongside our experienced team in a modern, supportive clinical environment that values patient-centered outcomes and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests Fit, program, verify, and dispense hearing aids using state-of-the-art technology with a variety of manufacturers. Perform tinnitus consultations and deliver evidence-based treatment. Provide patient and family counseling on hearing loss, communication strategies, hearing aid use, and tinnitus management Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other team members for integrated care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards Qualifications Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program Current Illinois Audiology license (or eligibility to obtain one) Demonstrated strong experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids with a variety of manufacturers Experience or strong interest in tinnitus management, including Lenire® (training provided for Lenire if needed) Basic understanding of insurance and benefits What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package (health, Simple IRA matching, etc.) Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling Continuing education allowance and professional development support Modern clinic with advanced diagnostic and fitting equipment Collaborative, supportive team culture focused on work-life balance If you are a compassionate, skilled Audiologist who thrives in a patient-first environment and wants to make a meaningful difference in hearing health and tinnitus relief, we encourage you to apply!
