St. Julian Winery, Michigan's oldest and largest winery, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wine Consultant / Key Holder to join our Dundee Tasting Room. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role while sharing your love of wine and helping create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay + tips (typically $14-$28/hour total earnings)Generous employee discount on wine & merchandiseHands-on training to expand your wine knowledgeOpportunities for growth in the wine and hospitality industryA fun, welcoming, and team-focused atmosphere What You'll Do:Lead engaging and educational wine tastings in a fun, approachable wayCreate memorable guest experiences and build lasting customer relationshipsSupport and help lead exciting events, promotions, and daily operationsOpen and close the tasting room, including cash handling and nightly depositsMaintain inventory, restock products, and ensure beautiful merchandising displaysAssist in coaching and supporting team members on the floorJump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For:• A natural leader who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming environment • Strong communication and public speaking skills • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest service • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable • Comfortable with technology (POS systems, Word, Excel) • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (wine cases can be heavy) • Weekend and holiday availability required Experience That's a Plus:Retail, hospitality, or customer service experiencePrevious leadership or Key Holder experienceWine knowledge (we will continue to build on it with you!)
