SAP Delivery Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJLong TermONSITE(all 5 days)Job SummaryThe SAP Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and support services. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning project outcomes with business goals, and maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of SAP programs and projects across various modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.)Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelinesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutionsManage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and BASIS consultantsEnsure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practicesIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactivelyDrive continuous improvement and process optimization initiativesMonitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholdersEnsure smooth transition to support and manage post-go-live activitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfactionRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field10+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 5 years in a delivery or program management roleStrong knowledge of SAP implementations, migrations, and support modelsProven leadership and team management skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
