Part-Time Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager Aliso Viejo, CA (Remote opportunity) Schedule: 15–20 hours per week (flexible)Target pay is $50-60 per hourOur client is seeking Part-Time Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager that has a strong understanding of investment accounting. Great opportunity for someone at a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level. Key Responsibilities:Maintain financial records for 3 principals across 12 entities held in trustPrepare monthly balance sheets with detailed breakdowns (cash, marketable securities, other holdings)Track and record investment activity, including acquisitions, liquidations, and distributionsRecord dividends and interest incomeAnalyze month-over-month changes and provide clear commentary on variancesPerform bank reconciliationsHandle light AP (minimal volume)Support ad hoc reporting as neededQualifications:Accounting Manager-level experience or Controller levelStrong understanding of investment accountingExperience preparing financial statements and analyzing variancesProficiency in QuickBooks OnlineStrong Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)Detail-oriented with the ability to work independentlyWhy This Role:Flexible schedule – work when it fits your dayFully remote opportunityHigh visibility working directly with leadershipOpportunity to shape and own this function
