This is not a new business hunting role; it's about retention, expansion, and long-term value creation within existing enterprise accounts.You'll manage strategic accounts, ensuring customers maximize value from their Zoho investment while identifying thoughtful opportunities to expand their footprint across our ecosystem. Success means building trusted, multi-year relationships with C-suite and senior leadership while consistently hitting quarterly revenue targets through consultative account growth.This is a quota-carrying role with incentives tied to retention, expansion, and strategic growth within your assigned portfolio.Required Qualifications5-8+ years of enterprise software sales experienceProven track record of quota attainment with specific examples of revenue growthDemonstrated success managing strategic accounts with a focus on retention and expansionExperience in consultative, solution-based selling to C-suite and senior executivesProficiency with CRM systemsStrongly PreferredExperience selling integrated software ecosystems or multi-product suitesBackground in account management and customer success, not just new business huntingTechnical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn software quicklyExperience managing accounts with multi-year relationship life cyclesIndustry versatility – success across multiple verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)What Success Looks LikeIn your first year, you will:Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic expansionBuild trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholdersAlign customer needs on Zoho's core product suiteIdentify and close expansion opportunities within existing accountsConduct quarterly business reviews demonstrating measurable customer ROITypical account lifecycle: 3-5+ years with focus on deepening relationships and expanding product adoption as customer needs evolve.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account OwnershipManage key accounts as their primary point of contact for all Zoho-related needsConduct regular on-site visits, virtual check-ins, and quarterly business reviewsBuild multi-threaded relationships across customer organizationsDevelop 12-month account plans focused on retention, expansion, and strategic value deliveryRevenue Growth & ExpansionOwn quarterly revenue targets through consultative upsell, cross-sell, and strategic account expansionIdentify unmet business needs and align Zoho solutions to solve themCreate compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI and strategic valueCustomer Success & RetentionEnsure smooth implementations and ongoing product adoptionProactively address concerns before they become escalationsServe as customer advocate internally, coordinating with support, engineering, and product teamsProduct ExpertiseRapidly learn Zoho's product portfolioUnderstand how products integrate to create comprehensive business solutionsStay current on product roadmap and new releasesTranslate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholdersExecutive EngagementLead discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and prioritiesPosition Zoho as a strategic partner in digital transformation initiativesNavigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processesSalary and BenefitsThe base salary for this role starts at $80,000 plus incentives.
