KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWe are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to support individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.Oversee the creation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of clinical standards to guarantee quality and safety outcomes across all clinical care locations. This includes regular reviews of clinical policies and procedures. (30%)Act as the Clinical Laboratory Director for our organization's sites and serve as the Clinical Director for Physical Therapy, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in clinical operations and patient care standards. (5%)Engage in clinical responsibilities based on a mutually agreed-upon schedule. (5%)Ensure that all annual performance evaluations for providers are conducted promptly and accurately reflect their performance by monitoring and analyzing productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction metrics. (15%)Develop, implement, and uphold appropriate privileging standards in collaboration with clinical and departmental leadership. Mentor and cultivate clinical leaders. (10%)Lead provider leadership meetings and all-provider gatherings, participate in executive team meetings, and other assigned internal and external meetings by the President/CEO. Act as a liaison between providers and administration as needed, and with external organizations. (10%)Maintain a connection with the Board of Directors by attending meetings and providing reports as necessary. Co-chair the Policy and Quality Committee and participate as a member of the Corporate Compliance and Risk Management Committee to ensure oversight of clinical quality and compliance. (5%)Review managed care performance data and implement corrective actions as required. Engage in the evaluation of value-based care contracts and suggest suitable quality-based incentive measures. Attend relevant meetings with external entities as appropriate. (10%)Contribute to both short-term and long-term strategic planning and needs assessment activities, including recruitment and retention. Propose strategic planning objectives for clinical quality and patient care, ensuring an adequate number and quality of clinical staff.
