This role ensures all areas meet company, client, and regulatory cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned. Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Temple endowed with a current Temple Recommend.Required:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plusAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityClean and maintain building interiors, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfacesSweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipmentProperly use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established proceduresDust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfacesClean and service restrooms, including restocking suppliesCollect and dispose of trash and waste materialsClean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and common-use areasMaintain janitorial closets in a neat and orderly condition and ensure equipment is in good orderRequest and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipmentNotify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issuesMaintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clientsComply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standardsPerform additional duties as assigned
