This is a hands-on onsite role supporting employees, executives, and office technology in a fast-paced engineering environment.What You’ll DoProvide onsite IT support for employees and executivesTroubleshoot Mac and Windows laptops, peripherals, and connectivity issuesSupport onboarding/offboarding, laptop provisioning, and account setupManage endpoints using JAMF and IntuneSupport Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration toolsAssist with conference room / AV setups and office technologyMaintain ticketing, documentation, and asset trackingHelp improve IT processes and end-user experienceRequired SkillsExperience in Enterprise IT, Desktop Support, or Workplace ITStrong macOS support experienceWindows troubleshooting experienceHands-on experience with JAMF and/or IntuneExperience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)Strong troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to work 100% onsite in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience supporting executives or VIP usersAV / conference room support (Zoom or Teams Rooms)Experience with Slack, SharePoint, or JiraStartup or high-growth environment experienceBasic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding at scale $45–55/hr | Contract-to-HireSunnyvale – 100% onsite
