Lead Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer
Overview
In this role you will design and deploy data-driven, scalable ML solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and clients to translate needs into analytic models and production-ready systems. Your work will focus on delivering end-to-end ML capabilities on cloud platforms and shaping CapTech's ML/Datascience practice. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ML solutions by collaborating with clients and cross-functional teamsDecompose client needs into data-driven processes and analytical measuresAnalyze and transform large enterprise datasets on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Design, develop, and deploy analytical solutions (e.g., recommender systems, NLP, risk scoring)Productionize ML systems with optimization and scalability in mindGrow ML/Data Science practices through client presentations, proposals, and leading junior teams
