Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work on a 1-year assignment (subject to extension) in Jal, NM.Summary: Our client, a major Oil & Gas company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support field operations and foreman activities. This role focuses on administrative coordination, invoice processing, and communication with contractors in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the foreman with invoice coding, tracking, and processingMaintain accurate records and assist with billing and invoicing activitiesUse Excel and MS Office tools to organize data, track progress, and support reportingCoordinate and communicate with contractors and field personnelAssist with general administrative tasks and documentationEnsure timely follow-up and organization of tasks and prioritiesRequirements:MS excel experience required; MS office suite experience;Invoicing/coding experience a plus-- will be supporting the foreman with all of his invoices, etc;Ability to support foreman by coding, tracking and processing invoices;Willing to learn and good communication skills as they will be coordinating with the contractors and other foreman out in the field;Excellent time management and organization skills;
