Pega Engineer

Job Title: Pega EngineerLocation: Dallas TX - 4 days a week on siteLength: 6-10 monthsRole:Design, development, testing and rollout of new features with a particular focus in Pega's Smart Investigate module.Responsibilities• Develop full stack applications with due consideration to security, design, validation and SDLC framework• Collaborate with product managers, business operations, engineers to define product requirements, objectives• Participate in system design consulting, platform management• Develop resilient, scalable and secure modules using cloud native servicesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum of 5 years experience with Pega frameworks in the banking domain• Hands-on prior experience with Pega's Smart Investigate module• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts• Proficiency with algorithms, data structures and software design• Proven to work independently in a fast paced and often multi-direction work environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Possess Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA• Experience in financial services specifically corporate cash management desirable• Strong communication skills, drive, and ownership
