DescriptionOwns the financial and settlement lifecycle for complete goods transactions from the time a customer signs a purchase agreement through final settlement processing. Works in parallel with the Complete Goods Sales Representative by managing payment collection, finance coordination when applicable, and transaction summary submission.ResponsibilitiesReceives and confirms deal handoff at the time of signed purchase agreement and contacts the customer to confirm payment method within 24 hoursEnrolls every eligible complete goods customer in John Deere Financial (JDF) by initiating credit applications through to approvalCollects payment information and processes or schedules payment aligned with the delivery timelineCompletes the transaction summary with accurate payment form, unit(s) sold, and trade-in details then submits to the settlement teamTracks settlement status and resolves outstanding items promptly while maintaining a clean active workflow with all deals assigned to a next actionCommunicates proactively with the customer on any outstanding requirements before deliveryEnsures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMaintains confidentiality of customer financial information and ensures team adherence to data security protocolsMaintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all timesPerforms other job duties as assignedRequirementsExperience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:2+ years in financial processing, account management, or customer service in an agricultural, automotive, or equipment dealership preferredStrong attention to detail — accuracy in financial documentation is non-negotiableAbility to manage multiple active deals simultaneously with clear prioritizationComfortable with customer-facing financial conversationsPay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance along with paid time off, 401(k), cell phone allowance, safety item reimbursements, AHW branded clothing, and training opportunities.
