CategorySalesJob LocationWillingboro, NJ, USPosition TypeFull-Time/RegularJob SummaryMonday to Friday 8am-5pmResponsible for sales and customer support responding to customer inquiries and managing salesleads that originate primarily from telephone inquiries.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other meansManage sale opportunities for all product; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable salesSource products for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products)Negotiate best purchase price for manufacturers not regularly supplied by Radwell (new products)Check inventory (i.e. “PLC Center” inventory) and fulfill order out of inventory if possibleCorrespond with customers via phone and e-mail and responding to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional mannerEnsure high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other meansEnter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems; ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information; confirm all orders with customer; perform follow-up and order clean-up as necessaryMeet minimum daily standards for quotes and other sales output expectationsBuild new customers in sales order processing systems; capture complete and accurate information for new and existing customersInteract with all departments within Radwell to effectively meet customer commitmentsPerform product and price maintenance in “pricetool” and other business systems; Build new part numbers as needed; maintain product sourcing databaseAssist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenancePro-actively develop new business through outgoing customer calls and other meansMay be modified from time to time. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.Benefits InformationRadwell offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. The Company provides company sponsored short-term and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for common paid Company Holidays and 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.
