Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical LeadWork Location: CHARLOTTE ,NC 28202 (ONSITE)Duration : 12 Months Job DescriptionJob Summary.The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the design and implementation of the following modules:Workforce Development: Career Development, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Succession PlanningWorkforce Deployment: Core HR, Security/Workflows, CompensationThis role requires the ability to lead business requirements analysis, business process design, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration and testing of Oracle applications.Job Location:Per client requirement and up to 75% travelResponsibilitiesGuide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challengesPerform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues by maximizing the performance of Oracle HCM and integrations with multiple applicationsDesign and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsOversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release managementManage scope by identifying and proposing change requestsHelp develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered during the engagementContribute to Capgemini's Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills6 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementationsMust have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projectsPrimary Modules: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management, Oracle Cloud Application Development, Talent AcquisitionSecondary Modules: Modules to be listed by requestor.Experience designing solutions that include Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Development and Deployment modules.Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.Implementation in global environments or international experience.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Nice To Have SkillsExperience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications.Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model.
