To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com.Job SummaryThe Personal Risk Client Executive/Sales Advisor is P&C licensed and experienced in all facets of Personal Insurance, including proven sales skills. This New Business Department is a sales team whose primary role is to advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to the specific needs of the prospective insured. In your role, you will be provided with leads from any/all non-solicited personal new business opportunities and or referrals presented to NFP. The expedited process of a Client Executive/Sales Advisor is conducted through a single-point-of-contact process, ensuring efficiency for the prospective insured while providing advice and creating an educated buying experience. Strong computer skills along with effective verbal, written and electronic communications are required. You should be able to perform within a team environment and build long lasting relationships with agency partners, company leadership and staff.This is a full-time role offering a remote or hybrid schedule from the Central Region. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand various Carrier Appetites and Carrier WebsitesWork closely with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placementUtilize agency management system, rating system and carrier websites to provide accurate, timely quotesExecute policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines and proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representativesAssist with special projects as assigned by managementKnowledge, Skills, And/or AbilitiesExperience in P&C Personal Lines client-facing sales, along with knowledge of coverage needsAbility to work independently and anticipate client and team needsEffective time management and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and diligent follow-through skillsAbility to negotiate and express ideas clearly in both written and oral communicationsProficiency in MS Office suite, CRM- EPIC preferred, MS TeamsInfluential presentation and public speaking abilitiesComprehensive experience within the Midwest/Central markets. Self-confident to make sound independent decisionsAbility to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalitiesEducation And/or ExperienceA bachelor’s degree preferred. The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $70,000.
