Mitigation Technician

Job descriptionOverview: American Restoration Water and Fire LLC. is a disaster recovery company with clients all over New Mexico. We respond to emergency floods and fires 24/7. We have an immediate opening for an entry level technician. Starting Pay is $17-$21 hour, depending on experience. $24/hr if you are up to date with your IICRC certification. We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for restoring properties to their original state, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:Respond promptly to restoration requests and emergenciesPerform water damage restoration, set and monitor equipmentClean and restore properties affected by various types of damageUtilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete restoration projectsConduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as neededFollow safety protocols and guidelines during restoration procedures Requirements:Active Driver's LicenseProficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration workAbility to restore and clean properties effectively and efficientlyStrong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanshipPhysical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmentsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting MUST PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG TESTIf you have a background in restoring properties from damage caused by water, mold, or fire, and possess the necessary skills to clean and rebuild effectively, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Restoration Technician.
