Project Manager

Our client, a global consumer brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborativeProject Managerto support their Digital Marketing team. This role will help drive execution of high-visibility digital initiatives across web, email, paid media, social, and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to brand and business objectives. Location : Hybrid, Broomfield, CO (Greater Denver Area) EmploymentType: Freelance (Contract) Compensation : $30/hr. $38/hr. Type : Contract Responsibilities: Own day-to-day project management for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives from brief through delivery. Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules; proactively track milestones, dependencies, and risks. Facilitate intake of new requests, clarify requirements, and partner with marketing stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, content, analytics, eCommerce, and external agencies or vendors, to keep workstreams aligned. Lead status meetings, provide clear updates, and ensure stakeholders are informed of timelines, changes, and potential impacts. Traffic assets and approvals, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, legal, and quality standards before launch. Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks; escalate risks with data-driven recommendations and options. Support resource planning and level-setting expectations on capacity, priorities, and tradeoffs. Document and improve workflows, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the digital marketing organization. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to capture campaign results and learnings, and incorporate insights into future planning. Required Qualifications : 35+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related roles supporting digital marketing or eCommerce initiatives. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent digital projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels (web, email, social, paid media, CRM) and how campaigns are planned, executed, and measured. Demonstrated experience working with creative and marketing teams, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies. Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or similar), as well as basic proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer brands, retail, or eCommerce environments. Background collaborating with or managing external agencies and production partners.
