Hi ,Our client is looking for an IVR Software Developer for a project and below is the detailed requirement.Job Title: IVR Software DeveloperLocation: Cleveland, OHQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.8–12+ years of experience in Java application development, including enterprise IVR and telephony solutions.Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture for developing scalable backend applications.Experience developing and maintaining IVR applications, with a solid understanding of IVR call flows, SIP, and voice application development.Hands-on experience with Genesys IVR, cloud telephony platforms such as Twilio or Google Dialogflow, and voice technologies including ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech).Experience working with RESTful and SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML processing, and API integration.Knowledge of Struts Framework with experience migrating legacy monolithic applications to Spring Boot Microservices.Strong SQL development experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and database performance tuning.Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and basic cloud deployment experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade IVR applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP Web Services, ensuring seamless integration with backend enterprise systems.Design, implement, and enhance IVR call flows, integrating speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and SIP-based communication.Develop and support IVR solutions on platforms such as Genesys, Twilio, or Google Dialogflow, ensuring high availability and optimal customer experience.Modernize legacy Struts-based IVR applications by migrating them to scalable Spring Boot Microservices architecture.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle and PostgreSQL to support high-performance IVR applications.Build and maintain automated build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and GCP.
