Applying First Principles Thinking and Design Thinking, we have elementaries the financial services landscape into a finite set of Events, Microservices, and APIs, enabling faster, modular transformation with measurable outcomes.Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: New York / New Jersey (Onsite)Experience Required: 10 - 15 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PartnershipPartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, culture, workforce planning, and organizational design.Drive leadership coaching and succession planning initiatives.Lead change management efforts during organizational transformation.HR Generalist LeadershipOversee full-spectrum HR functions including:Talent acquisitionEmployee relationsEmployee EngagementPerformance managementCompensation & benefits administration Learning & developmentPolicy development & implementationManage full employee life cycle from onboarding to exitEmployee Relations & ComplianceManage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.Ensure compliance with all state specific labour laws.Partner with legal teams when necessary.Understand immigration laws and requirementsTalent & Organizational DevelopmentDrive performance management cycles and calibration processes.Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D for capability building.Workforce Planning & AnalyticsAnalyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.Drive headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Support compensation planning and merit review cycles.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including:5+ years in an HR Business Partner capacity.Strong HR Generalist background.Direct experience partnering with senior leadership.Deep understanding of US employment laws across various statesProven experience in employee relations and compliance management.Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsSHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.Experience supporting multi-state workforce.Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments and across time zonesBackground in technology and financial services.Note: The salary range provided is indicative.
