Guests also enjoy award-winning dining, making The Bedford Village Inn a premier destination for business and leisure events in New England.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bedford, NH, for a Lodging Manager. The Lodging Manager will oversee daily operations of the lodging and hospitality staff to ensure superior guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing reservations and front desk operations, supervising customer service delivery, coordinating with sales and event planning teams, and ensuring compliance with budgeting and operational goals. The role involves collaborating with food and beverage services, maintaining facility standards, and implementing solutions to optimize the guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily front desk and lodging operations to ensure exceptional guest serviceMonitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest reviews and feedbackOversee VIP guest accommodations and special requestsManage payroll reporting, labor budgets, scheduling, and staffing levelsConduct team meetings, training, onboarding, and performance oversightCoordinate employee access, keys, system logins, and background checksProcess OTA reconciliations, consortia invoices, cancellations, and no-show reportsAssist with room inventory management, upgrades, and overbooking resolutionCollaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain property standardsMaintain communication logs and ensure operational follow-up is completedOrder Front Desk, minibar, and operational supplies as neededAssist with package creation, promotions, rates, and discount setupSupport gift card inquiries and credit card chargeback resolutionParticipate in weekly sales and operational meetingsQualificationsPrevious hotel management experience requiredStrong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standardsExperience with hotel PMS systems (OPERA Cloud experience preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing schedules, labor costs, and payroll oversightFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth Insurance Dental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid time offEmployee dining and lodging discountsDiscounts at NEIRA and Preferred Properties Globally401K with matchingSalary Starting at $65,000
