Job Description We are currently seeking a Rental Property Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, make ready of properties and other required tasks.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Potential Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenancePerform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesInstall appliances and equipmentDo garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbsInspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovationsReport to a facilities or maintenance manager for issuesRefinish Hard Wood FlooringPaint, Texture, and Trim workInstall WindowsTile workHardwood flooringRoofingPlumbingElectricalRepair and replace brickMasonrySkillsExperience using hand and electrical toolsVery good communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and dexterityPainting, Flooring installation, Tile, Plumbing, and ElectricalWilling to work in a TEAM environment​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedValid Drivers LicenseOperational VehicleGood work ethicCompany DescriptionIn Business since 2015.
